Shields High Children Homes will provide orphans in Macedonia with exceptional life-giving opportunities through family-oriented environments.

The Vision of Shields High is to provide a safe home and environment for orphans that will unconditionally love, encourage, give hope, and strengthen the hearts, minds and souls of the kids and staff within.

The Mission of Shields High is to lead orphans into becoming men and women of strength, integrity and character.

In April 2014 Elizabeth Burton acquired a vision to rescue orphans in Skopje, Macedonia. She wanted to provide them a secure place of living ­and a place that will give every opportunity to succeed in life and experience unconditional love. Shields High will provide family home environment solutions for orphans with excellent opportunities in higher education, domestic life, sports and talents, with above standard social integration and adulthood preparation.
