Throughout high school and college, Cassie was actively involved with youth ministry at her home church, as well as in short-term mission projects. She had the opportunity to serve in several countries, including: India, Thailand, and Mexico on short-term projects and West Asia as an intern. Because of the personal growth she has seen in her relationship with God and the impact she has seen globally, she believes short-term projects can be beneficial for both those on the short-term team and those serving overseas on the field full-time.
Cassie was called into missions at the age of 16, while serving in India. Later, while serving in West Asia on an internship in 2016, Cassie felt called specifically to work in Short-Term Mobilization at New International. After getting her B.S. in Intercultural Studies at Johnson University in Knoxville, Tennessee she moved to Fort Myers to join the Mobilization team where she now focuses on preparing short-term teams and hosts to serve together and works with college-aged students participating in the Venture Internship program.
Cassie is based in Fort Myers, Florida, working out of the CGO. God is doing some amazing things globally and she feels privileged to serve Him at New International in the role of Mobilization Project Coordinator. Cassie is excited to be working with New International to mobilize individuals to proclaim Christ and make disciples globally.
