Overview
This is a life-on-life, hands-on, immersive discipleship position where formation happens through:
- shared experiences
- intentional conversations
- real ministry environments
- and everyday community life
You will walk closely with students as they grow in their identity, faith, leadership, and calling. This is a position of discipleship and coaching in weekly one-on-one and small group settings. You will help students process spiritual growth, challenges, and calling. Within the community life you will guide students through conflict, team dynamics, and personal development.
Summary
We are seeking a man or woman who senses a calling to invest deeply in young adults (ages 17-25) through discipleship, spiritual formation, and mission-focused community life.
