Jim Gibbs

For Jim, a short trip to Turkey in 2015 began the long-overdue journey toward the ministry. Over the following two years, He had the opportunity to return to Turkey and participate with another mission organization, Global Training Network, in Cambodia. During these trips, God revealed to Jim a vision to walk alongside those in ministry.

Jim is serving others in ministry from the Worldwide Headquarters. He will be walking alongside others as a non-residential missionary. He does not believe that God's calling is limited to his work inside of New International but reaches around the globe to anyone in need of encouragement and support. He is motivated by this verse: "Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works." - Hebrews 10:24.

Jim recently joined forces with the short-term mobilization team from the Worldwide Headquarters. He will be working with the team in South West Florida with the training of interns and those attending short-term projects. 

Jim has been married to Krystal since 1999. They have lived in Nevada, Washington, Alabama, and Florida. They have two exceptional children, Colin and Emerson. They have also traveled to several other countries. Their travels have allowed them to view the world differently, full of wonder and intrigue. God has indeed laid the groundwork for wonderful ministry.
